Marco Antonini

I deal in particular with corporate issues, national and international taxation specializing in indirect taxes, specifically VAT and tax litigation.
I carry out assignments for the Court of Milan as a technical expert, and as a trusted administrator and liquidator. In the same context, I also carry out assignments as a party-appointed expert.

I am the tax representative in Italy of international entities; in the interest of ABCF's clients, I carry out due diligence activities regarding the evaluation and acquisition of businesses.

I also serve as the coordinator of the study commission on fiscal federalism and I am part of the corporate law commission of the Association of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Professionals in Milan.

In parallel to my work activities, I also author contributions published in specialized magazines and take part in conventions on economic and legal matters as a speaker.

Aldo Bellet

I assist companies, agencies and individuals in all tax matters and have extensive experience in the field of ordinary and extraordinary business consulting and management between partners. I also deal with management consulting, in particular planning and management control.

I carry out due diligence reports for the evaluation and acquisition of companies in the interest of customers, and provide consulting, assistance and representation services in tax cases.

I also participate in conferences, seminars and workshops as a speaker in training courses, especially on VAT matters, both at a national and international level.

Marco Campiotti

As a certified accountant and auditor, I offer consulting services on management and tax matters to stock companies and international holdings, with special regard to the preparation of ordinary and consolidated financial statements, corporate governance, administration and control, reporting to the parent company. I have gained experience in extraordinary transactions, and the preparation of accounting and tax due diligence reports for the evaluation and/or acquisition of companies.
In the social field, I have gained experience in the third sector, both as a treasurer of non-profit initiatives and as a tax advisor.
I also carry out targeted educational initiatives in schools and universities.

Franco Finollo

I am a consultant in corporate, administration and tax matters. In addition to drawing up financial statements, I also carry out business evaluations, audits, contracts for commercial and private use. I am a Party-appointed Technical Expert.
I also support our client companies (commercial/industrial/real estate) in routine activities, such as the compilation of tax returns for stock companies, partnerships and natural persons, and in matters related to tax litigation.
