In recent years, in Studio ABCF we have overseen the formation and development of innovative startups. These capital companies are characterized by highly technological characteristics and enjoysignificant benefits in terms of tax breaks and simplifications (e.g. low-cost establishment, simplified access to the Guarantee Fund for SMEs). To support the overall development of the Italian startups, ABCF is part of the Professional Studies Commission of Italia Startup, the non-profit association founded in 2012 with the aim of bringing together and representing the young innovative Italian companies and all those entities of natural persons, companies, institutions, incubators and investors dealing with supporting and managing startup projects.
